The Wedding Breakfast
Smoked salmon with crayfish terrine and a horseradish cream
Goat's cheese salad with onion confit and balsamic dressing (vegetarian)
Gressingham breast of duck with a Harlequin sauce
Medallion of lamb with cranberry stuffing and a Madeira sauce
Vegetarian Wellington with tomato coulis
Profiteroles with chocolate sauce
Keylime pie with citrus zest and sweet cream
The meal is served by silver service, allowing guests to choose on the day. Alternatives for all special dietary requirements requested are available - please do RSVP to ensure they can be provided.
After the breakfast, there follows a break of a few hours for everyone to go home, relax and change for the evening's festivities.
